Beginning on April 6, 2018, Antonio Criado will head our new Friday night Men’s Competiton Team training session. There will be heavy interval sparring [please bring both gi and no gi equipment].
Time: Friday’s from 5:15 PM to 6:30 PM *There is no additional fee for the added class and it will be open to all men competitors and non-competitors. Comments are closed.
