We will be adding a Thursday 11:30 am class in May. Please revisit the schedule page to see updates.

Housekeeping:
People have been coming back and training. Please be considerate and stay off the mats if you have any signs of illness of any kind. Also, please remember all belts from White to Black Belt need to fulfill class requirements at the academy to advance.
