Section 1: Weaponless

Key words are in bold for quick move identification.
A. Grab
  1. One hand hair pull: grab wrist with two independent grips > elbows pointed up > step back > step back again and pull arm > finish with armbar
  2. One hand lapel grab thumb down: when being dragged > drop base > grab wrist with two independent baseball grips > step back and pull arm with back facing opponent > finish with armbar
  3. One hand on neck: grab wrist with two independent grips > elbows pointed up > step back > step back again and pull arm > finish with armbar
  4. One hand lapel thumb up grab > grab wrist with reverse c grip > thumbless hand on elbow > look up>go under arm to back with arm
  5. One hand on chest: badge
  6. One hand lapel with tough guy grab: sandwich hand with fingers in palm > turn foot to t position against opponent's foot > step across and bow to wrist lock finish
  7. Two hand choke on neck: Step back > 3:00 stance > head weave
  8. Two hand choke on neck: shoot hand between arms > catch head > finish with head and arm throw
  9. Two hand wide lapel grab: head and arm throw
  10. Two hand wide lapel grab: double ovehooks > lift > outward tilt > inside foot turned outward to t position and infront of opponents > outside leg step across and throw
  11. Two hand close lapel grab: golf swing around arms > grab own wrist > step and slide > place far leg across their waist > wrist break > elbow back
  12. Shoulder grab: overhook at their elbow > grab your wrist with other hand > americana lock
  13. Shoulder grab: overhook at their elbow > grab your wirst with other hand > with far leg lateral step to them while near leg placed across their waist > look away > straight armlock

B. Headlock
  1. Grab wrist look up > shoot arm across to avoid face punch > look up with arm > take arm behind
  2. Body slam: cup chin and under hook near leg > while in base lift up in air and slam to release headlock
  3. Front roll: palm on far knee > stick leg between opponent legs and sit > side mount > armlock
  4. Back trip: overhook punching arm > underhook near leg > put your foot behind their far leg and sit back > side mount > armlock

C. Guillotine
  1. Grab wrist > jump up on legs > reach over opposite shoulder> hook and trip outside leg > side control > remove guillotine
  2. Backward roll escape: two palms on knee > step between legs > sit back and flip over 

D. Bearhug
  1. Front over arms: hands on hips > step around to t-position > underhook far arm > throw
  2. Front under arms: palms on chin > push away
  3. Front/side under arms: place blade on neck > push away
  4. Back over arms: base > palms up > swing leg behind legs > hands on knees > push knees together > swing over back
  5. Back under arms: hook leg during lift > hands on ground > knee bar sideway finish 

E. Rear naked choke
  1. Forward throw > tuck chin > lock choking arm to chest > base > throw
  2. Backward trip > tuck chin > lock choking arm to chest > grapevine leg > turn parrellel > trip

  1. Two hands on neck from behind: reach back > grab hand > wristlock

G. Rush
  1. Two hands on shoulders stop: knee face

H. Punch
  1. Haymaker: palms on shoulders
  2. Straight punch: slip to side > redirect punch with arm > t-position

I. Kick
  1. High roundhouse: block hip and face > catch leg > throw
  2. Middle kick: block with hip > clinch
  3. Low kick: block with heel > clinch
  4. Push kick 1: golf swing > elbow face
  5. Push kick 2: catch heel with two hands > push over

​J. Wall
  1. One hand on throat: palm hit>elbow back
  2. Two hands on neck: finger break
  3. Two hands on lapels: grab elbows > side step>wall slam > knee to body
  4. Headlock against wall: palm on wall
  5. Headlock pulled against wall: knee between legs > fall back
  6. Headlock pulled against wall: singe leg

K. Wrist
  1. Same side wrist grab: turn thumb in > pull wrist free
  2. Opposite side wrist grab: turn thumb out > pull wrist free
  3. Two hand wrist grab: grab fist from bottom > pull upward to break grip
  4. Two hand wrist grab: from 3:00 wide base > lean away and sit on ground > upward kick to face

Section 2: Stick & Chair

A. Stick Close
  1. Close stick: forearm block > reach under and disarm stick
  2. Over head to body: forearm block to two on one grab > one knee shoulder throw

B. Stick Far
  1. Far stick: straight arm out > pinky up > step to the t-position > clinch > throw
  2. Far stick sword: straight arm out > pinky up > step to the t-position > clinch > throw
  3. Far stick baseball swing: forearm shield > double arm trap > body lock trip
  4. Far stick spear: golf swing > elbow to the face

C. Chair
  1. ​​Double thumbless grip below their elbow > redirect chair > step to the t-position > clinch > throw

Section 3: Knife

A. Knife Close
  1. Inverted knife to head: forearm block > americana
  2. Inverted knife to head with pull back: forearm block > hook wrist and base > wristlock
  3. Inverted knife to head then down to body: double palm > wrist > disarm
  4. Inverted knife backhand attack: forearm shield > slap wrist and elbow > kimura behind back

  1. Standard knife grip under neck: lock arm to chest > step back and under arm > remove head > finish with two palms on knife to ribs
  2. Inverted knife from behind: grab knife with arm straight > finish with wristlock

Section 4: Gun

A. Gun Holstered on attacker
  1. Front belt low: hand on elbow and wrist > hand on wrist fingers pointing down > armpit over shoulder
  2. Front belt high: hand on elbow and wrist > hand on wrist fingers pointing up
  3. Side belt close: same side hand grab > kimura > leg across body
  4. Side belt far: shoot both hands in > kimura finish

B. Gun Holstered on self: retention
  1. Front same side reach: c grip > kimura
  2. Front opposite side reach: c grip > push elbow to finish
  3. Front two handed reach: c grip opposite wrist > push elbow to finish
  4. Behind opposite hand grip: c grip with opposite hand > step around to kimura > leg across body finish

C. Gun Front
  1. Front one hand gun grip pointed to head: look away > catch gun hand
  2. Front two hand gun grip pointed to head: look away > step between legs in base > push gun upward > hand between arms > disarm finish
  3. Front gun pointed to head with pull back: look away > then use holstered attacker defense
  4. Front belly: look away > bring hands down > swing hand to catch wrist > fingers down > break gun free with other hand
  5. Front belly with pull back: look away > swing had to catch gun hand > fingers down > then use holstered attacker defense

D. Gun Behind
  1. High pointed to head: look behind > turn and smother > grab over arm > t-position
  2. Low pointed to back: look behind > turn and smother > grab over arm > t-position
  3. Low pointed to back: look behind > turn and smother > grab under arm > t-position
  4. Gun held with far hand: "no defense"
  5. Hostage gun pointed on side of head with no space: same hand flip to trap gun > wrist break disarm
  6. Hostage gun pointed on side of head with space:  grab wrist with straight arm > finish with wristlock disarm

E. Gun Side
  1. Gun from side: step forward and catch wrist holding gun with bicep and forearm > turn gun to disarm with other hand

F. Shotgun
  1. Front shotgun pointed at body: look away > redirect shotgun with forearm > other arm reaches over > base with two hands on barrel > use hair pull disarm technique
