PHIL BALTUNADO

​Phil Baltunado met Ronn Shiraki back in 2002 at the mall while Ronn was passing out business cards to find students for a new Kaneohe program. He has competed and still competes to this day and is the head instructor for the Tuesday 4-7 year old kids class. Phil has trained consistently for almost 14 years and knows the Relson Gracie self-defense style which he generously shares with all of the kids and adults he comes across at the dojo. In a commercialized community, where a practitioner often bounces from place to place depending on convenience, Phil embodies the old school mentality of loyalty, so much so that its tattooed on his chest.
